This project is organized in the campus of Apurva Gardens in Talegaon Dabhade. All the students of standard 9th and 10th from Talegaon Dabhade were guided properly to choose the proper career path. All the Subjects lecturers properly guided all the students, parents and teachers. DG Mohan Palesha and DGN Deepak Shikarpurkar, IT Engineer and other Rotarian of Pune Tilak Road Club Participated in the Project as the lecturers. After 10th there was confusion in the mind of all students as well as their parents. Due to this confusion no one can choose the correct career path. This results in depression and student loses his/her confidence. In some cases this depression is so intense that student commits suicide. “Every Child is special” is the excellent proverb & message given by the movie “Taare Jamee Par”. I think many of us have seen this movie. But, we tend to forget this when we are at the doorstep of choosing the right career which will bring the best out from an individual. One of the agenda for organizing this forum is to give insight to the student on the various opportunities available for him / her & don’t go the traditional way of becoming doctor / engineer etc.. etc. There are different paths which can make him / her successful person as well. We have good level of participation for this program. In a way I will quote “this is opening a new era for Talegaon Rotarians to follow & keep on updating people consistently”
