On 1st July 2011-International Doctors’ Day with the combination of Jain Social Group and Indian Medical Association we organized Blood Donation Camp . This was organized in the hall sponsored by Parekh Chambers. 59 units are collected with the help of Pimpri Chinchwad Seriological Blood Bank. The Second Part of this Project was organized in the Campus of Tolani Marine College of Engineering in Talegaon-Dabhade. Here, we successfully collected 160 units of blood which was donoted by all the students of engineering college and also staff members. The third Part of this Project was organized in the Campus of Endurance Techonology-Takave in Maval Taluka. Here we successfully we collected 340 units donoted by all workers of the company. This means we successfully able to collect 559 units in all. The benefit of this blood collection is that –The donor who needs blood in his future life is benefited by free costing blood and the patients which are referred by Rotary Club will get free blood. One of the Patient who was serious and operated for major surgery need 15 to 20 units of blood which we can easily made available by requesting our Blood Bank. Thus everyone is willing to donate blood and to break old records.
