| Minutes of Meeting | 1. President given the brief of the projects done in the last month. 2. It was resolved that the GG documents to be uploaded by 30.11.2023 for the TGH Eye Hospital. Rtn Raju Godbole & Rtn Sanjay Adsul to do the same. 3. It was resolved that the application for the post of Club Secretary for RY 24-25 to be invited. President to announce the same on the Official group. 4. Proposal for the POSCO CSR activity to be submitted by Rtn Shree & Rtn Anand. 5. President Uddhav appraised that M/s POSCO has in principle agreed for the donation for dialysis machine, to be installed in Govt hospital Kamshet 6. RPL practice session to start from 05.11.2023. The formalities for the practice ground at Nutan college are done and necessary approvals are received. 7. The date for RPL Season 7 is 14.01.2024. 8. It is discussed and agreed that the Rotract and Intract Club installation to be done before 31.12.2023. Rtn Yuvraj to complete the formalities. PP Mangesh & PP Anand to assist him. 9. Rtn Yuvraj proposed the TT and Rubela vaccination for the school kids. He also committed to fund the expenses for the same. Club will sponsor caps for the students. BOD approved the project. 10. It is resolved that all the material left from the previous mass marriage and the happy family kit left to be donated to an organization working in remote areas. 11. New membership discussed for the following Mr Sachin Murhe , Mr Vinay Surve, Mr Pardeshi, Dr Kavitake, Dr Bhamre. |
