| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Approval granted to the resignation of IPP Anish Hole. 2. Approval to new members induction. Mr Vedang Ms Meera Mr Rushikesh Sherikar 3. Open Gym project approval received from TDNP. Rtn Mangesh will be Project Chair. Budget 3.5 Lakhs. 4. BOD members were asked to prepare the Project report for their respective avenue. 5. 9 members removed from the website. Current status 72 + 4 6. Members who have resigned should be removed from Clubs WA group. 7. Open Gym to be inaugurated on Dushera. 8. Posco Fish seeds release project and AAdarsh School water tank project brief given. 9. Ghonshet school toilet construction request received. 10. Uniform donation done to the Karla School. 11. Audio Visual motivational lectures by Rtn Nitin. Approved expenses Rs.1000 per programm. 12. GG -Eye surgery value $70000. PE Kamlesh to be one point contact. 13. Breast Feeding week to be celebrated on 05/08/24. 14. First Aid training to be done in TDNP. Dr Neha is project lead. 15. Police Medical camp to be taken. 16. 20 members fee received. |
