| Meeting Agenda | ROTARY CLUB OF TALEGAON DABHADE BOD MEETING—NO-7. DATED—06th January 2023, Friday MOM Present no 16 directors 1) BOD No 6 reading and confirming Minutes of Meeting, as it was posted in WhatsApp group and nobody raised any point, it was taken as read and confirmed 2) RPL It will be held on 15 th January hence all arrangements are completed. Total expenditures expected 1.50 lakhs (last BOD amount of Rs 1.50 Lakhs is sanctioned), Last year it was 1.33 Lakhs. This RPL is merged with Anns meeting in January. It is decided that after matches and prize distribution, account will be settled 100% Medical kits will be provided by RTN Pramod Dabhade 3) District event AGSC to be held on 17 th, 18 th and 19 Th February RTN Mangesh Garole mentioned all benefit of this event if we are the host club and take this challenge. We are getting this opportunity and we should avail as per RTN Garole. As per him this also gives chance to all out Rotarians to work and take responsibility. Regarding financial aspect of this event nothing much discussed. 4) District RYLA This will be held at Pune on 29 th of January 2023. RTN Lele elaborately discussed about this event. Regarding financial aspect about 1.00 Lakh expenditure to be borne by club and this money will come from co host clubs It was categorially decided that our club will not part with and expenditure. and it will be responsibility of President to bear the cost if any. This was agreed by RTN Lele on the half of president as he was not present due to ill health Hence forth any District event host by our club the expenditure final responsibility lies with the president |

This was agreed by rtn lele on the behalf of president as he was not present due to ill health 5) JALLOSH Jallosh held 24 th december 2022 extra expenditure is rs. 17576/00 as per rtn pramod . This bod approved this expenditure for club account 6) HIGH YIELD SLUDGE PUMP TO DEHU NAGAR PARISHAD Rtn karle discussed in details about this project. Pumps is ready it is 85 hp pump; pune waste club is major doner. We will do launching programme in big way about in 15 days’ time. As there was no other matter meeting is called off |
