| Minutes of Meeting | MOM for the BOD meeting held on 15 th of July 2022 at the residence of President Anish Hole Earlier it was conveyed to all the Directors to come prepared with their projects including approximate fund required 1 ) President Hole mentioned that in the Assembly meeting held on 28 th June 2022 at hotel ESHA that he will conduct RYLAs in the school regarding “ Vayasahik mansikta vikas “ . As per this three RYLAs are conducted in this week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) Further President Hole mentioned in depth RYLA programme . RYLA Team is in discussions with a couple of people regarding donations for RYLA . To cover the cost of the books So far 1000 books are printed and less than 500 have been used for past three RYLA. For which Rs. 14, 000/- have been paid. 2) Dr Neha said that FLASH INDUSTRIES agreed to give fund from their CSR activates and in the regard they have called us on 26 th July along with all required documents like CSR certificate PAN etc CSR activities discussed in length like providing girl toilets in school, Village development. Happy Village Avenue can come in the activities etc Standard presentation is required to make for CSR which is not there with us now 3 ) Madh ( honey ) making is done through Khadi Gramoudok department. We can take their help and trained villagers This will be ongoing project It help in saving environment also This project also can be CSR activities 3 ) Dr Neha mentined that student of Jai Vakil School we can take then for one day trip Regading trip discussion were taken place. Expenditure will be transport and snacks 4 ) INSTALLATION ceremony: it is schedule on 24 th Sunday July at hotel Oritel It is combined with ANNs and Fellowship. Even annetes are invited for the Ceremony 5) Visiting cards for all BOD members to be made with their Avenues. This was suggested by DR Neha 6) President requested all BOD members to pay yearly fee Rs 15000 before installation. It was also suggested by him Every Rotarian every year and make payment of 26 Dollars towards rotary foundation it is about Rs 2000 7 ) RTN Nikhil Bhagat and RTN Santosh Bhegade have not paid till date last year fees even after many fellow ups. In the condition it was suggested to consult our senior members and then discontinue their membership from this year 8 ) RTN Jayant Hampiholi suggested that while submitting bill please write proper our club name Total 14 BOD members attended the meeting President thanks all the members for attending the meeting and giving their views. |
