| Minutes of Meeting | ROTARY CLUB OF TALEGAON DABHADE • fellowship meeting held at emerald hotel • dated 23 rd september 2022 • present rotarins 49 nos minutes of meeting no. 1 completed activities/ projects review & information on various future projects • a) information on paediatric oncology centre 1.18 global sanctioned. rs 105000/00 is committed by our members part of it is already credited to our account. our club is donating total rs 2.52 lakhs(rs 2.50 lakhs) there is no this type of hospital in pune rural area hence very much needed. • b) information on donation of 10 philips oxygen concentrators rotary club of pimpri is having 10 oxygen concentrators. we can book one such concentrator for our club. this will be used for old age homes ( vrudhashram ) • c) project asmita rid 3131 thrust project for 1000 daughtersper partner per club this project rs 70000 will be donated by our club. this is for adivasi girls. the total cost of this project is rs 3.50 lakhs. • d)synergy project – donation of 22 lac dewatering pump to dehu municipal there are 4 clubs including our club. our part is rs 2800 this pump will remove the choke for the drain • e) donation of indian sports equipment to somatne school it is decided by our club to donate kho kho poles 2 nos cost rs. 4500 and malkhab pol rs 10000 so total expenditure will be rs. 15000/00 • f )supply of construction steel for police rebuilding there is a request received from senior police inspector talgaon police station to help them to rebuild their old police station at talegaon. other clubs are giving different materials, so we have decided to give them reinforcement steel total expenditure is about rs 3.50 lakhs . immediately rtn khalde donation rs 20000, rtn ashok kalokhe rs 10000, and rtn maesh mahajan rs 5000 for this no. 2 world heart day rtn neha kulkarni • 24 th sept on the occasion of world heart day at l& t defence and flash industries medical kits for the prevention of heart attack will be distributed. those who wish to be present should give their names immediately to arrange passes no.3 rotary club of talegaon dabhade trust update • 10 pp have given rs 15000/00 to trust earlier totalling rs 150000/00. in the meeting held on 15 th august by the core committee. A general assembly is to be called to discuss the matter in detail and take concurrence of all the members. In the meeting is suggested to have 9 members ( 6 pp and 3 dias ) this will be for 5 years and then 3 pp will be changed. Dias will change every year . • there are two accounts one admin for members trust account. • there are two pan and both are received but some minor change in the trust pan is required • rtn. mahesh mahajan was felicitated for receiving the award of “ pudhari maval gourav sanman “ • since money kept in rupee bank is not getting released, it is suggested to appoint an advocate expert in this field to deal with this matter • 8 th october dandiya event will be celebrated on rtn ashok kalokhes home lawn • president appeal members to pay annual club fee before 30 th september • as there was no other matter to discuss, the meeting is over |
