| Minutes of Meeting | 1. President welcomed guests Rotarians for the meeting Rt. Vikas Ubhe and Rt. Pramod Dabhade. 2. Rotaract club formation update by Rt Janardhan- President suggested we should have community club rather than institutional club. List of 13 annets is prepared. The director will connect to these annets with their parents and explain them concept of Rotaract club. Rtn Rushikesh proposed to make a social media announcement on formation of this club. The 13 annets will be asked to call upon their friends and exncourage them to join the club. 3. E learning kit- the pending cheque is received from Adarsh school and we now need list of schools to install next kits. Shree Menthe to prepare and submit the list within a week. 4. District Trek event on 3rd of October. Around 75 members are expected to attend the event. Accordingly arrangements are made at the venue- Emerald County resort. Breakfast for 75 people is planned. List of responsibilities is distributed. Arrangements are ready. 5. District Cricket league for Zone2. It is decided not to participate in the cricket league matches on 12th to 14th November. The participation may have effect on donations for our own RPL event. 6. RPL- last years winning captian Vikas Ubhe is selected as the project chairman for this years RPL event. The tentative date for the event are 9th or 16th January, 22. 7. Membership- A new member is proposed by Rt. Deepak Shah. The same is handed over to Rt. Jaiwant Deshpande. 8. It is resolved to submit the necessary documents required for FD withdrawal to Rupee Co-op bank. Our 2 FDs are with the bank which can be taken out now. 9. A project of Poilce eye camp for staff in the Maval area is proposed by Rt. Neha Kulkarni. If there are no financial burden the members agreed to be a part of it. |
