| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Minutes of the BOD meeting held on 16th July 21 was put before the members a. Budget for PR was discussed by Rtn Rushikesh. Rtn Mangesh raised a concern over budget which was addressed by President and was decided to go ahead with budget b. Rtn Salil Khot requested to consider putting a welcome board on Chakan road for PR. The thought was seconded by president. 2. Members were informed about the use of new rotary office at Late Sanjaybhai Shah’s old office place. A setup with table, chairs, laptop, Printer will be soon setup. All members were requested to have formal, informal meeting at this venue. 3. New member Nilesh requested on information about club functioning, meeting formats and overall operations of club. PP Mangesh suggested to take club assembly at the next month’s (August) fellowship meeting. 4. Upcoming projects approved in BOD were briefed to the members by President. |
