| Minutes of Meeting | 1. Fellowship And Ann’s meet planning Aug to June 22 planning for fellowship and ann’s meet is ready. 6 members per group, members not attending any fellowships to be put for award’s night. Ann’s meetings will be handled by Anns led by First lady Rashmi and chair Ann Bharti Shah. Budget of no of members X 3000 to be given to Anns per meeting. Further details to be worked out by committee led by RT. Sandeep Joshi. Details to be given in next meeting. 2. Membership 2 proposed members to be inducted in Award ceremony on 30July 21. 4 new members search to be carried forward. 3. Admin A/c Not yet opened. (Tr. Prasad) Name on the old PAN card to be modified to include word “Trust” . Name of the old bank account in BOI to be also modified accordingly. The new account will be strictly used for admin purpose. (Rtn. Kamlesh) 4. T-shirt / jacket New T shirts for gents and Jackets for lady members are to be made. Previous ones are 5 years old. Rtn. Rushikesh and Rtn Deepa to take lead , form a team and decide on colour / pattern etc. Budget could be within 500 to 700. 5. Fees 17 members have paid fees so far. All directors requested to pay fees immediately. 3 members fees from last year received. 6. Picnic Plan for picnic postponed till next notice regarding Pandemic situation. 7. Planned Project Discussion a. August 1 week- Breast feeding week to be celebrated (Dr. Neha) ending with a Facebook live session of 2 doctors. To be held from Rotary office. b. 22nd August- Raksha Bandhan to be celebrated at Talegaon police station with vaccination and de worming program of staff. Project cost estimate- 5K. Rtn Sandeep suggested to convert this event into a Ann’s meet. Possibility to be checked and updated in next meeting. c. Irrigation Project- Environment Is at planning stage. Total cost around 28 Lakhs , could extend to 50 lakhs. (Rtn KK) d. PR budget A budget of 25 K put forward by Rtn Rushikesh for PR (Awaj, Pudhari ) was approved 8. Birthday wishes on groups Wishes for birthdays and anniversaries of Rotarians only to be put on social and official groups. Family members not be wished on Rotary groups. 9. Incidental subject a. Fellowship- paid or unpaid No decision could be made whether to make fellowships free or keep it paid. Hence it was decided to keep status quo and take decision in future meetings. 10. BOD host planning Rtn Sandip to plan hosts for incoming BOD meetings and convey to Pres Anand. Total 16 board members to be host for 12 meetings. 2 meetings out of this will have 2 additional hosts (total 3 hosts). This can be decided through the year. 11. Office opening Next Friday general meeting to be held at Rotary office( office of Late Sanjay Shah). Rtn KK to take responsibility of making arrangements for new office. |
